Omakase
After months of hinting, testing, logistifying and dreaming, our omakase experience is finally here!
For those that don’t know, omakase means, essentially, “leave it to the chef”. I don’t like that C word but the idea is that we will be serving 15-18 courses based upon the seafood we get from Japan, season and local ingredients we can source. It will always include a piece by piece nigiri sequence as the focal point and apex of the meal. We start with 3-4 small plates, and after the nigiri will have a final savory course and then 2-3 desserts and petit fours.
Right now we will have 1 seating at 5:30pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays. We hope to add more time slots in the future but for now this is about all we can handle.
We are so excited to bring this style of dining to Brevard and can’t wait to serve you and showcase some amazing ingredients, techniques and ideas with you!
